Refund policy

Here at Rich Green Fashion We hope that you will love the items that you have ordered from us, we do accept that there are occasions when you may need to arrange a return 

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with or change your mind about as long as goods are returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt   Unless the goods are deemed defective , damaged or not as described, you are responsible for cost of returning the goods to:

 The goods must be in the original packaging in perfect condition with no damage 

We recommend  Recorded Delivery , as proof of shipping

Please inspect your goods on arrival in the event of an item arriving damaged please inform Rich Green Fashion { dg567@hotmail.co.uk. } immediately or as soon as possible and certainly no later than within 7 dayside delivery.

any damaged goods reported later than this timeframe will not be accepted.

Once we have confirmed receipt of faulty or damaged goods a replacement or refund will be arranged for you.

Unwanted goods must be returned in fully re-saleable  condition and any tags must be intact

Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing , please ensure you are not wearing make-up , that may leave a mark. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or damaged.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
